Thomas Warren is an accomplished mixer, engineer, and producer hailing from London and currently based in Los Angeles. With an engineering degree from The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, Thomas embarked on his career at Westlake Studios in LA, where he had the privilege of collaborating with renowned producer duo Stargate. Over the past nine years, Thomas has solidified his position in the industry as Stargate's main engineer.
Thomas's exceptional engineering skills have contributed to the creation of Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum award-winning records. Notably, his work on Sam Smith's title track and promotional single for his fourth album 'GLORIA', Kendrick Lamar's album 'Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers' and Rihanna's 'Anti' has achieved significant success, including a Grammy win for Best Rap Album for Kendrick Lamar's fifth studio album and Rihanna's second number-one album on the Billboard 200.
Throughout his career, Thomas has worked with an impressive roster of artists, including Rihanna, Katy Perry, Sam Smith, Jennifer Lopez, Hailee Steinfeld, Coldplay, Charli XCX, Aloe Blacc, Little Mix, 21 Savage, Pusha T, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and many others.
Most recently, Thomas has been focusing on expanding his mixing portfolio. He recently mixed Dominic Fike's new single 'Mona Lisa,' which has made a significant impact on the music charts. The song has reached the impressive position of #15 on the US Mainstream Top 40, #1 on bubbling hot 100 Billboard, and #89 on Billboard Hot 100.
